“Welcome to Taylor Peasha Training "TPT". I am a personal trainer who does personal training at my gym in Galt, Ca. I also travel around the Sacramento area and train clients at their home, nearby park, or personal gym. TPT offers personalized workout programs, nutrition programs, cardio programs, flexibility programs, mental training, group training, bootcamps, sport/hobby specific training and much much more!”
I train clients ranging from elderly personnel looking to work on their balance, posture, and everyday living, to top notch athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level and everything in between.
